Tour schedule

Day 1

Manas Airport - Bishkek (35 km)

  • Meeting at the international airport "Manas".
  • Transfer to the hotel. Accommodation at the hotel 3-4 *.
  • Dinner.
  • Sightseeing tour of Bishkek: a visit to the Oak Park, the Historical Museum, the central square of Ala-Too, the flagpole, the monument to Manas.
Day 2

Bishkek - Issyk-Kul (265 + 30 km)

  • Breakfast in the hotel.
  • Transfer to Issyk-Kul lake.
  • Visit the Burana Tower and the Archaeological Museum.
  • Lunch on the way.
  • Accommodation at the hotel 3-4 *.
  • A visit to the local history museum of Cholpon-Ata and RUH ORDO - the cultural center named. Ch.Aytmatova.
  • Dinner at the hotel.

 

Day 3

Issyk-Kul - Karakol (140 km)

  • Breakfast in the hotel.
  • Transfer to Karakol city. On the way visit the Przhevalsky Museum.
  • Accommodation in a 3 * hotel in Karakol.
  • Dinner.
  • Sightseeing tour of the city of Karakol.
  • Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

 

Day 4

Karakol - Altyn-Arashan gorge - Karakol (50 km)

  • Breakfast in the hotel.
  • Transfer to Altyn-Arashan gorge (it means “Golden Source”). Here you relax all day.
  • Lunch - lunch boxes.
  • Tourists can take baths in the hot springs and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
  • Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

 

Day 5

Karakol - Jety-Oguz - Kochkorka (35 + 265 km)

  • Breakfast in the hotel. Day trip to the Jety-Oguz gorge (it means “Seven bulls”).
  • You will see the unforgettable red rocks “Seven Bulls” and “Broken Heart”.
  • Stop for photo and video filming and you will have the chance to see a demonstration of traditional eagle hunting with hares.
  • Lunch in the family of a hunter (Bokonbaevo village).
  • Transfer to the village of Kochkorka.
  • Dinner and overnight in a guest house or a yurt camp.
Day 6

Kochkorka - Naryn (115 km)

  • After breakfast, visit the carpet workshop - the national crafts of local residents in the village of Kochkorka, where you will see a demonstration of the production of felt carpets.
  • Transfer to Naryn.
  • Dinner.
  • Accommodation in a guest house. Dinner and overnight.

 

Day 7

Naryn - Torugart Pass (200 km)

  • Early breakfast and delivery to the Torugart Pass (Kyrgyz-Chinese border).
  • On the Chinese side, we meet our partner for a further trip to China according to a previously ordered individual program.

Detailed information

This is the second largest tectonic lake in the world. Issyk-Kul is an ideal place for recreational tourism and beach holidays. The Issyk-Kul valley is replete with healing hot mineral springs and mud. Karakol is the regional center of the Issyk-Kul region, located in the eastern part 12 km from the lake. It was founded in 1869 as a military and administrative center on the caravan road to Kashgaria. The resort, Altyn Aralash, was organized in 1963 on the basis of hot springs with increased mineralization and radioactivity. Water sources contains radon and is used in the treatment of diseases of the nervous system and some other diseases.
